I finally came across the fix today, and boy was it a simple one. I was flabbergasted when both responses was along the lines of "Hmmm, I've never sent that before, so and so works fine."Īfter months of digging around the Internet and trying various things like re-installing, removing other apps and doing a fresh OS install with a restore, all of which didn't help.
I had talked to a MAC "specialist" and a checkpoint security "specialist". In this window was the simple phrase "Failed to create TrAPI". The error was during the install and following attempts to run the program a pop up window would appear. I started to get an error when trying to connect to a checkpoint VPN using an endpoint client on my Macbook.
I had such a hard time getting this figured out and when the solution was so freakin simple I felt I had to share.
